When will my order arrive?
Allow approximately one week for preparation, packaging, and dispatch, plus up to 7 days in transit for U.S. orders. Preparation and delivery are separate steps, and these times are estimates. See our shipping policy for other destinations and delivery details.
Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free standard U.S. shipping on orders of $25 or more. Shipping options and any applicable charges are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for details.
How do I track my order?
Look for tracking information in your shipping confirmation email, or visit Track Order. If you can’t find your confirmation or need help with a delivery update, email us with your order number.
Can I return an item?
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. Eligible change-of-mind returns must be unused and unopened, with original packaging, components, and hygiene seals intact. What if something arrived damaged, faulty, or incorrect?
Please email us as soon as you notice the issue. Include your order number, a brief description, and photos where available so we can help with the next steps. You can still report a defect discovered after opening a product. See our returns & refund policy.
Can you help me choose a foundation shade?
Yes—tell us the shades you’re considering and, if you have one, the brand and shade you currently wear. We can help you compare options. Product photos and swatches are a guide; lighting and screen settings can affect how colors appear.
